   Run, run, run. This is the classic penny stock in hype. They just issued over 500,000 S-8 shares to a director, meaning they can be sold to the public. How they could give a director S-8 shares is beyond me because being a director should automatically make them restricted under rule 144. But, when you see things like this you know it is shady. Companies that issue free trading shares to friends of the company fit right into that penny stock mold that investors need to stay far away from. Then look at all the hype paid for pr firms they have been using to “get their word out”. Seems they are spending a lot of operating capital to hype up the stock.Yea, the stock is up today on big volume but you would think that a stock at fifty cents that usually trades around 20-30K shares a day would be up a lot more when volume goes over 600K, unless there are plenty of shares out there waiting to be sold on a hype. Especially shares that insiders have zero cost on. Typical of these kind of deals when insiders are looking to cash out on no or low cost shares they do a hype. I think that is exactlky what is going on here now. Wait a couple weeks and it will be right down again. The cheap shares will keep filling the buying volume until it runs out and the stock comes right back down.as for them being some kind of exclusive entry into the china coffee market, another joke. If you were to check out management and how this penny stock has been in a constant penny stock hype you would stay far away. IMO

   Ask at that shop whether there is another frame with the same eyeglass shape that they sell so you can avoid replacing the lenses. Ask what brand name the frame was (in case you want to look elsewhere). Ask them if they can special-order the frame even if it is not currently-carried by them.
