Sentiment and loss were ultimately what drove my parents apart.
They were not just my parents
They were lovers
For almost 25 years.
He was claustrophobic; he hated stuff lying around
She was messy
She had a lot of stuff.
First her mom died
And she got more stuff:
Chairs, dressers, tables
Paintings, antique china, a corner cabinet
She could not give it up -- it was her mother.
Then her dad died.
She got more stuff.
Then her aunt died
She got more stuff.
She could not give it up
That is all that was left of her family.
Now he hated all of the stuff
And she didn’t know how to change
He left.
She lost, again.
I fell apart.
Sentiment and loss were ultimately what drove my parents apart.

When is a bump on the back of a 5 year olds head consider dangerous. what do I look for(warning sighns)?
My leaned back in her chair and bumped the back of her head on the corner of the china cabinet. The bump is a little smaller thatn a golf ball and feels smushy.. Is this normal?? Or, should I take to get checked out?
If your child never lost consciousness and shows no signs of nausea, dizziness and/or confusion - I would just watch that bump carefully. Chances are the swolen area will go away within a day or two. However, if you are in question about your child's health AT ALL - go to urgent care or your local hospital's emergency room.
