On all the other selectors I believe you have capitalised the h on hover. For example:

It is also good practice to make all the tags lowercase, not just the pseudo classes (:hover and alike).
Make sure all your tags in your page are lower case, and that all the selectors are lower case (class names are the only exception to this that I can think of).
