black is too easy! Obviously it will look very formal, so I can understand if you did decide to go there. But a white/cream hued shoe instead might be just as understated as black but unexpectedly gorgeous.

It was especially sweet since he nearly armbarred me the first 10-15 seconds! Getting my hand raised felt amazing! One of my best matches ever.
I lost in the finals to “blacky belt” from Brazil but have no shame! Also some tough no gi matches that didn't go my way but I had an 8 minute match in the adult expert division with a young bull from Gold Team Fighters. I lost the 3rd place match in OT by 2 points in a divison of 6 killers.
Can't wait til NAGA New England in Providence Feb. 6th. I will have my belt! My 11 week training camp starts tomorrow…
