Till now all I found at coles and wholeworths are the kind of black/bluish colors, but I want a completely light blue color (that does not run out of my hair as soon as it gets wet).

go on ebay and search Manic Panic. they have the best colours. i bought a green manic panic hair dye and it worked awesomely. Manic Panic has pretty much every colour.
