What's the difference between Mary Kay and Clinique?
I'm thinking of buying the all about eye cream, all about eye concelar, and the stay matte from Clinique for my eyes, but does Mary Kay have a similar product and also whats the difference between the two brands?
In my opinion, Mary Kay is overpriced. I used to use Clinique when I was younger, but their products starting making me breakout.
I have found a line that I absolutely LOVE now and that is mark. (Avon's daughter brand).
They have a new skincare line that has a great eye product. It's called Light Bright hook-up - lighten & depuff eye gel would be perfect for your concern. The ingredients include cucumber, kiwi & lotus flower which are all great at targeting that problem area. The reviews so far have been very good. And it is very affordable ($8).
As far as concealers go, I like Speedway "Do Everything Makeup" for covering up imperfections. It is a cream-to-powder stick foundation that is perfect to even skin tone. It will help you cover up some of what you don't like, but also leave a natural looking finish.
They also have Invisible Touch concealer ($5) that I've used. But the Speedway is great because it serves many purposes.

How do you become a Mary Kay Makeup Sales Rep?
Right now money is tight because I just finished up school and can't find a job in this economy. I have been looking into other options like becoming a Mary Kay Rep or something like that for some extra cash. Does anyone know what it takes to do this or can explain their experience to me? Any help would be great. Also if you have any other suggestions... Thanks so much!

What specifics are you looking to get?? I would recommend talking to your Mary Kay consultant assuming you have one and have used the products
You sign the agreement which purchases the starter kit this can be done online or on paper. It cost $100 plus shipping 8.75 and your state tax you get $323 in full size products training materials supplies books mirrors trays tote bags and more
Once you get your starter kit usually about 2-3 days your Director will set up an orientation or mail a packet to you explaining the next steps giving you options based on how you want to run your business my Director put it like this do you want an order taking business a full department store ( super wal-mart) or something in between.
She will then explain weekly meetings trainings workshops etc as well as go over inventory option please know inventory is totally optional based on how you want to run your business.
Also make sure you really like and trust your consultant and or her Director this is the person you will be working with for training and support. There are no territories so the person does not have to be local to you. I am adopted since my Director is an hour away I love my Director and can call her anytime but I work with someone locate to my on a weekly basis.

Lars and the Real Girl is a favorite movie AND a favorite Clarkson performance of mine.Yes! And definitely embodied a Southern lady that I definitely recognize from my time spent there. Kind of a riff on the type of character Kathy Bates is good at. Though mildly.Also, was it even appropriate of me to consider Patricia Clarkson a candidate for “Who is that Actor?” I went back and forth about it for awhile – debating between her, Mare Winningham and Mary Kay Place! I think of the three, her face is harder to conjure up if you’re not a dedicated fan and she’s done more work than the other two, while being of a similar cohort.
