Oval Baker How do I efficiently clean my corning wear dishes?
I have a set of white corning wear bakeware. I love them, and use the large oval baker all the time to bake chicken. I often end up with baked on "stuff" from what we bake the chicken in, like barebque sauce or other marinades I use. I have one heck of a time getting this stuff off!! I soak the dish in hot soapy water before cleaning and it doesn't seem to help. Now my oval baker has all these stains on it from stuff I couldn't get off and I hate the way it looks.
Any tips on how to get all of these baked on stains off my dish??

Baking soda is good.
There are cleaning powders out there made for cleaning the Corningware, but I have never used them. While I was searching the answer for you, I came across a really great website for dealing with a variety of cooking products. See #1 below:

Can you help with a biscuit recipe? PLEASE?!?
I'm trying to find a recipe for biscuits made with hazelnut flour. I've found them from bakeries in two different countries, but not even the bakers knew what they were called. They're not cookies as all the online recipes, but are elongated oval biscuits and are half dipped in chocolate.
Anyone know what they might be called? Or how to make them?

You are definitely describing Biscotti . Here is one of mine , sorry I don't do recipes online until I have used them myself , liked them and added them to my collection .
Chocolate Orange Hazelnut Biscotti
1/4 c. hazelnuts , chopped coarse
2 c. flour AP
1/2 c. hazelnut flour
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 tsp. b. soda
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 1/2 tsp. orange zest ( no pith - the white part )
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet and set aside . Toast hazelnuts in oven for 8-10 min. or until lightly browned . Place nuts on kitchen towel and rub to remove skins ; then chop coarsely ; set aside . Reduce oven to 325 .
In lg. bowl combine flours , cocoa and b. soda ; set aside . In another bowl , beat at med. speed eggs , zest and vanilla until well combined . Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface . Shape into 2 , 12 " logs and place onto prepared baking sheets and bake 20 - 25 min. or until bottoms are lightly browned . Remove to a wire rack and cool 10 min.
Cut each log into 1/2 inch thick slices . Return slices to baking sheet and bake 10 - 15 min. or until light;ly toasted all over . Turn onto wire rack and cool completely
